In this paper, we establish an existence result of solutions to Minty Variational Inequality under a generalized properly quasimonotone assumption that we introduce. This condition is weaker than those given in the literature for this problem. We illustrate it by an example. We also use this condition to extend the result given by Kassay, Kolumbán and Páles for Minty variational inequality systems.
